Grant Goldbeck will start his third season on the Bassmaster Elite Tour with a new attitude, a couple new sponsors, and a brand new jig he designed for Omega Custom Tackle.
He’s here to look ahead at the 2008 trail, look back on his top 10 finish in the 2007 Capitol Clash, and share his take on the ups-and-downs of Elite life. And as a Maryland native he has some great advice on fishing tidal water that he learned growing up on the banks of the Potomac.

As Grant’s dad, I have to admit that he has outfished me since shortly after he learned to be patient in his early teens. Now that he’s designed a jig like he wants it, I’ll never keep up with him.
Look at it this way, Art, now you can look forward to your grandson out fishing your son one day!
